  Despite the negative reviews- I gave BJ's a try and I'm a fan! They have a huge menu that will cover anything you're craving! I'm a fan of the nachos, sriracha brussel sprouts, bar pie (a little expensive for a thin crust bar pie, but it is good to share) and the turmeric cauliflower! My friends and family have had the sliders, brew house meatballs and barbacoa cauliflower tacos and all enjoyed them.They also offer to-go which is quick and convenient.
  
  I will say- your experience will be better at the bar. The one time we sat at a table the service was very slow and the waitress had trouble with their automatic/iPad ordering system. It took way longer than it should have so I can see where people got frustrated.
  
  If you're looking for an upbeat place with a large/open interior and large bar, BJs is your place. They have many beers (flights too!) and I'm a huge fan of the sparking sangria!

  I love BJ's! They have them down in Florida and I'm so happy they made one here!! They have a huge menu for both food and drink as well as amazing lunch and daily deals! They even have speciality sodas (the black cherry was amazing)!
  
  Our waitress was Jackie was so great! She gave us honest opinions about the menu and was so funny and personable! We had two salads, an app, and 4 delicious meals. I didn't like what I had (the pork chop) and they immediately took it off the bill and also payed for my burger I got to replace it!
  
  We got the pizookie trio and omg it was to die for - my personal fav was the triple chocolate but the salted caramel and hot fudge brownie were so delicious too.
  
  Definitely coming back and would suggest this place to anyone!!!!

  My first time ordering food was frustrating to say the least.  
  
  Full of incompetent workers.  Having just opened I expected this, but not to this degree.  
  
  The situations:  Ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich.  It came on untoasted bread and with ONLY pickles... Chicken and pickles, NOTHING ELSE, on untoasted bread.  Morons.  
  
  Along with that, the people there were attempting to convince us that we should not order sourdough bread with our burger for incomprehensible reasons... Then proceeded to not even toast the new bread decision.  They don't even know how to cook a medium well, it was borderline rare.
  
  All in all, an extremely UNPLEASANT experience.  Will never dine here again.  I literally made an account here just because of how annoyed this made me and my party.  Step up your restaurant game people, it is shameful.

  Omg. We actually have a secret shopper there right now. Waited over seven minutes to even get a hello. Finally got a drink. Waiting with an empty glass longer than seven minutes.  The worst service I've ever heard about or seen in multiple years.

  So I'm writing this with a very disappointed mindset . Was totally excited to try this place . Watched the construction and was eager to try the establishment . Tonight my party consisted of four . We were sat immediately . Took over ten minutes for a server to present herself to the table .
  We ordered four drinks and four appetizers . Three of the drinks were wrong and one appetizer came out incorrect . Took me getting up to the bar myself to fix one issue .
  No settlings on the table had to ask the hostess up front for them . Our server Patricia M. Was to say the least horrendous . She has zero knowledge of the menu or a simple cocktail order made her frazzled . Everything was being punched into some ridiculous machine . There's no communicating it's all from a hand held POS SYSTEM.
  
  The food when presented was good can't fault them there . Tasted very very good . Plated nicely and portions were satisfying .
  
  One salad and one soup came out still waiting on another soup , they have food runners that's your first problem they hired a waitress or should I say a server or better yet let me rephrase a food taker who has absolutely no personality and no idea how to take control of her table. She made a mistake on one of the appetizers apologized for it. For me to get up as a customer and I have to get silverware for a table that's another problem for me to get up as a customer walk to the bar and fix a drink after she was told numerous times that's a problem. We all tried to remain patient I understand that the restaurant just opened  about two weeks ago , But these were pretty basic requests.
  
  There were four of us dining two of the entrées came out one of them was overcooked so we had to send it back after we called to speak to the manager the other entrées are still not there well over 10 minutes so you have one person eating while 3 are standing around looking at each other absolutely no reason for it! By this time we were all sick and tired and losing our appetite. When the server finally came back she had the audacity to tell us that she's not the chef she doesn't make the food these were her words all she does is take the orders and bring drinks I have never in the food in the restaurant industry have had a server be so ignorant in all my life! Mind you we are all in the food service industry so we try to remain as calm as possible. We asked speak to the manager we send back the one dish that was not prepared correctly in about 15 minutes later three of the other entrées finally decided to come out from the manager.
  
  Nevertheless the point is the restaurant is ran poorly food servers and expediters need to be on the same page to ensure proper quality of service and they fell short! Horrible first dining experience . Rude staff , horrendous service and if I had to say anything positive . The manager handled himself with dignity and tried rectify his poor service with comping most of our bill. They really need to get their staff together . Horrible miscommunication from table to kitchen to plate . Waitress needs to seek another profession . She was the worst server I've come across in a long time . Argumentative, unknowledgeable and apparently not the chef .
